Israel Protection K9 was created by Arik Deri and Eli Bobroff in 2021.
Arik discovered the need for real protection after serving as a commander for a special forces unit in the Israeli army. Our number one concern is your safety; therefore, we believe in selling our dogs at the most affordable price, as everyone deserves protection. Arik Deri
Arik oversees and is responsible for the training of every Israel Protection K9. From a very early age, Arik had a deep fascination with dogs, which continued throughout his service as a special forces commander in the Israeli army. After Arik left the army, he decided to dive head first into training protection dogs, due to discovering the incredible depths of communication and numerous capabilities possible between man and dog.

Eli Bobroff
Eli is responsible for the business operations side of Israel Protection K9. Born and raised in Southern California, Eli enjoys snowboarding, playing piano, and spending time with family. Eli has an extensive history in healthcare operations with a focus on patient care and long term success. This focus is reflected in the Israel Protection K9 methodology as we train each dog to fit the clients specific needs, ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every dog sold.

Erez Dodi
Erez brings a wealth of experience from his time as a combat soldier and member of Shabak, coupled with a lifelong dedication to working with dogs. His disciplined approach and tactical mindset make him an expert in canine training and handling. Beyond his professional achievements, Erez is a multifaceted individual with a competitive edge. He ranked among the top 5 ping pong players in Israel and is a skilled competitive shooter. Erez’s love for the ocean is unparalleled, and he specializes in scuba diving with sharks.

Agam Buadana
Agam has been passionate about dogs for as long as she can remember, growing up surrounded by them and training them from a young age. Her natural affinity for canines inspired her to explore their psychology, giving her a unique understanding of their behavior and needs. Agam brings years of hands-on experience in working with dogs, coupled with a deep desire to continually expand her knowledge. In her free time, she enjoys reading and traveling, always seeking to learn more and discover new perspectives.

Yotam Helfman
Yotam has been a professional decoy for four years, specializing in protection sports. His expertise and skill have made him a key figure in the dog training world. As a passionate advocate for canine sports, Yotam leads the PSA (Protection Sports Association) program in Israel, guiding dogs and their handlers to excel in competitive environments.
In addition to his professional work, Yotam and his girlfriend are dedicated dog lovers, raising nine dogs together. His background in the Israeli navy has provided him with a disciplined and strategic approach to training, allowing him to bring out the best in every dog he works with.

1. Get in Touch
After an online inquiry is sent, we will get in touch to schedule an introductory meeting. During the call, we will discuss your specific needs, what you are looking for in a dog, and review any questions you may have.
2. Confirm the Right Dog
We’ll work closely with you to identify the ideal K9 companion based on your specific requirements, ensuring the dog’s temperament, training, and capabilities align perfectly with your lifestyle.
3. Sign & Deposit
After we confirm the specific deliverables for your K9, we will send a tailor made contract that includes a non refundable deposit to reserve your dog. This allows for us to fully customize the dogs training to your specific needs and lifestyle.
4. Delivery & Integration
No matter where you are located, we will hand deliver each dog to your door and spend a week with you to complete the integration process. Throughout our time together we will explain the dog’s psychology, body language, teach you how to handle the dog, review the commands, practice real life scenarios unique to your lifestyle, and ensure that you, your family, and other pets are fully acquainted with your new Israel Protection K9.
5. Follow Up
For the first month we’ll include weekly follow-up sessions via zoom to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible. Additionally, you will be able to stay in touch with our team 24/7 via a group chat throughout the entirety of your dogs life.
